✓ Please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.
✓ All products purchased from ELIF MEEM can be exchanged within 7 days only if:
- The item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product showed
How to claim?
✓ The customer will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item to orders@elifmeem.com or by call between 10:00Am to 06:00 Pm (Monday to Friday) at 03011162229
✓ You must notify us regarding your claim within 3 days of delivery.
✓ The product should be sent back to ELIF MEEM within 7 days of purchase in case the claim is accepted by Team ELIF MEEM.
*In case of an approved claim, return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
